While NACI and the Canadian Immunization Committee have successfully collaborated in making immunization recommendations, it has been noted that streamlining the work of the committees to reduce duplication of efforts may lead to improved efficiency and effectiveness of immunization recommendations. As such, a review to Improve the National Structures and Processes for making Immunization Recommendations (INSPIR) is in progress. While NACI has faced challenges in effectively and efficiently fulfilling its mandate in an increasingly

complex immunization environment, it has been successful in providing relatively timely immunization recommendations Volasertib to Canadians.
