Simultaneous triplicate electrocardiograms (ECGs) and plasma drug concentration analyses were conducted for 402 patients who had HD. Injecting allogeneic adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) into anal fistulas of Crohn's disease patients in France has not been studied in typical clinical situations.
The initial cohort of patients receiving MSC injections at our center was prospectively observed during a 12-month follow-up period. The trial's primary objective was determining the clinical and radiological response rate. Among the secondary endpoints were the assessment of symptomatic efficacy, safety, anal continence, and quality of life (as per the Crohn's anal fistula-quality of life scale, CAF-QoL), along with identifying factors predictive of treatment success.
We meticulously gathered data from 27 patients who appeared consecutively. The complete clinical and radiological response rates, at the 12th month (M12), measured 519% and 50%, respectively. Deep remission, encompassing complete clinical and radiological responses, occurred in a striking 346% of cases.
